Luna Jubilee has inspired us on her blog with a challenge to post an outfit each week for 52 weeks based on the designated color of the week. I missed week 1 which was gray, and this week is blue, so I did a combo outfit. Hopefully I won’t miss any more weeks. If I do, slap me!
I love this casual look. The gray shorts are from League. The attachment belt/waistband comes in three different sizes, plus it’s also resizable using the scripts. The belt is color change as well using the menu, with about a dozen different textures to choose from. The sculpts here are done really well. I love the way the short cuffs follow the line of the leg without adding bulk. The long bustier in blue is from Tart. I ran into a problem with the shirt and pants layer not quite matching up at the waist where they should connect, but the pieces are modifiable. All I had to do was hop into appearance mode and change the waistband height on the pants layer to 100 and they matched up just fine. The back of the shirt has a ribbon lace up detail which is really nice, as it adds interest to the rear view. In case your rear isn’t interesting enough on its own.
